Upon completing his specialty program in pediatric dentistry at Boston University, School of Graduate Dentistry, Dr Kramer joined the faculty. He served as Assistant Chief of Pediatric Dentistry and was appointed Assistant Chief of Dentistry at Kennedy Memorial Hospital.
