Dr. Ginger Bratzel is a dentist and coaching consultant for many other dentists. About 5 years into running and operating her practice she realized that she was putting too much emphasis on dentistry and not enough on focusing on building healthy relationships with her patients. As many dentists do, they may get caught up or sidetracked on the new technologies dentistry has to offer.

This can lead to a lack of attention away from the patient. Once she figured out how to resolve this and improve in her own practice, she felt the desire to venture out and help other practices who were struggling with this very same issue. Now, she works with dentists and practices to improve their patient communication and performance.
