Dedicated to helping others grow, Paula Quinn brings 30 years of clinical dentistry, public speaking and consulting to practices and hygiene teams. Paula comes to the dental world with an elaborate wealth of information on the importance of interoffice communication and working towards team goals. Her background and experiences, in and out of the dental practice, give her a unique skill set that brings value to each of her patients, and her mentoring, speaking, and consulting engagements.
Paula started her journey as a dental assistant and front office administrator while putting herself through hygiene school at Indiana University. Upon completion of her dental hygiene degree, Paula moved to Arizona where she continued her education receiving her anesthetic and laser certificate as well as her Bachelor of Science Dental Hygiene at Northern Arizona University. Paula continues to volunteer at the CASS Clinic and lectures at various schools about the importance of dentistry and dental hygiene.
Ms. Quinn stays abreast of new developments in the field by attending courses related to neuromuscular disorders, sleep apnea, business management, team development and aesthetic supported hygiene at the Las Vegas Institute and others. She is immersed in the dental industry as a member of the ALD, ADHA, & AzDHA.
Aside from owning her own dental practice and several small businesses, Paula is also a practicing dental hygienist, partner and coach at Next Level Consultants and an international educator and speaker for Invisalign & Biolase.
